These large handmade heavyweight platinum have 18K white inner springs for proper tensioning. These ear clips for are sold assembled but without the rivets sets.  The spring tension will be ruined if soldered as a unit so you need to pull the pins, solder the base and then reassemble and then finally set the rivets. They measure approximately 18.3mm high by 9.0mm wide.
