How Disc Finishing Works

A finned disc at the base of the barrel spins to create a strong media whirl. In dry mode, treated media burnishes the surface rapidly—often achieving in 1–4 hours what may take 12 hours in vibratory or rotary systems.

Notes & Best Results

• Surface prep required: This machine does not remove scratches, dents, or deep abrasions. Parts should be fully pre-finished before dry polishing.
• Many jobs benefit from progressing through different dry medias (e.g., walnut shell grades) to reach maximum luster.
