Step 1: Request Return

Visit My Account >Purchase History and select the Purchase No. containing the product(s) you wish to return. Purchase History
Click on Request a Return in the right sidebar. Request Return

Step 2: Pack & Label

Pack your products in a box safely. Otto Frei is not liable for damages during return shipment. Pack Items
Print out the prepaid electronic return label and put it on the outside of your package. Label Package

Step 3: Ship

UPS Truck
All returns are shipped via UPS. If you are a business and UPS already makes deliveries to your location you can give your package to the driver. Otherwise you can find the nearest UPS drop off location here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Can I Return?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products we will accept it back within 30 days of purchase. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund.
Return Shipping Cost?
We will cover up to $25 in return shipping costs with a valid RMA #. If the shipping charges exceed this amount, the difference will be deducted from your refund. We will email you an electronic return label that you can print and tape to your package.
When Will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
I'm outside of the United States, can I return my item?
Unfortunately, due to the logistics of shipping internationally we don't offer returns for orders going outside of the United States. We will however process a refund if you receive an item that is defective or damaged*
How do I pack my items?
Otto Frei is not responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipment. Findings should never be packed inside an envelope as they will be crushed during processing.
Can a return label be mailed to me?
Otto Frei can mail you the return label for a fee of $1.00, this amount will be taken out of your refund.
