Specially formulated for hydraulic die forming, these 95 durometer urethane pads deliver exceptional cut-resistance and memory retention. The pad functions as the matching half to your custom die, pressing metal into every crevice so it conforms precisely to the form. Select your thickness based on how deep you intend to push the form — for longest pad life, compression should never exceed 2/3 of the pad's thickness. With proper use, these urethane pads can last 10 years or more. Made in the USA.
