AGILO DIACORE Diamond Sintered Disc 0.3mm x 19mm Fine Grit on 3/32" Shanks

AGILO DIACORE fine grit diamond sintered discs are for cutting and shaping of hard metals and stones. Sintered discs keep their cutting capacities much longer than diamond coated or diamond plated discs because diamond sintered discs are compressed diamond material thru and thru. Fine grit, 0.3mm thick by 19mm diameter. Sold by the piece mounted on 3/32" diameter shanks.

AGILO DIACORE diamond sintered discs will cut soft and well as hard stones such as Topaz, Amazonite, Quartz, Tourmaline and Agate.

These Fine Grit discs can also be used for sharpening and smoothing carbide tools.

Recommended Speed: 5,000 to 10,000 rpm

While cutting stones use water on both the stone and the disc to reduce heat and avoid damage.

Use with a diamond dressing stone to keep sintered discs clean and ready for use.
