Displaying the rich golden yellow of citrine, this simulant is composed of lab-created synthetic yellow corundum. With a hardness of 9 on the Mohs Scale, it offers excellent durability suitable for everyday wear. This stone is safe to fire in metal clay and safe for stone-in-place casting, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of jewelry fabrication techniques. Clean with warm, soapy water; ultrasonic and steam cleaning are generally safe.
