Closeout Labradorite Cabochon - Oval

When light hits this Oval Labradorite, a iridescent shimmer of spectral colors, commonly blue and green occurs, known as labradorescence. Labradorescence is due to light reflecting off the gem's microscopic layers. Named after the location of discovery, Labrador, Canada, Labradorite is part of the diverse feldspar family. Labradorite is often cut into cabochons and free-form shapes to show off its spectral colors.

Clean with warm, soapy water. Avoid use of ultrasonic and steam cleaner.
