Classic iron binding wire is an essential tool for jewelers, used for a wide range of bench tasks—most commonly for wrapping charcoal blocks during soldering. Flexible enough to bend easily by hand yet strong when wrapped, iron binding wire holds work securely without damaging delicate pieces. Available in 10 diameters ranging from 0.51 mm (24 gauge, 0.020") at the thickest to 0.17 mm (0.0065") at the thinnest, there is a size suited to nearly every binding and holding application. Made in India. Sold in 1/2 lb. coils.
