This is a Oval Draw Plate with 20 holes.  The height to width ratio is 55%. The height is 55% of the width. The factory number for this ratio is SP 104.  The largest hole is 3 mm x 1.65  mm and the smallest hole is 1 mm x 0.55 mm.
