The EnSet Plus with Engraving-Stone Setting Handpiece by EnSet is an innovative pneumatic engraving and stone setting system designed for professional jewelers and metalsmiths. Unlike the EnSet Original, the EnSet Plus features digital controls for more precise settings and the ability to operate in two distinct modes: Variable Stroke Speed Mode (Standard EnSet Mode) and Continuous Stroke Speed Mode (EnSet Plus Mode). With patent-pending technology, the EnSet Plus allows users to control handpieces fitted with gravers, beading tools, hammer tips, and other tools with exceptional power and sensitivity—enabling precise stone setting and engraving with effortless control.
In Variable Stroke Speed Mode, the EnSet Plus delivers single-stroke precision or variable stroke rates from 60 to 1,500 strokes per minute. The sensitive foot control lets you manage speed and power without ever taking your eyes off your work. When continuous stroke speed engraving is needed, a simple button press switches the system to Continuous Stroke Speed Mode.
The EnSet Plus has very low compressed air requirements—just 45 psi—making it compatible with a standard tank of inert gas such as CO2. The system uses zero air during standby, and no air bleeds from the handpiece or foot control during idle periods.
This kit includes Dual Voltage 110V/230V DC Converter capability with international adapter plugs for Continental European, Australian, UK, and North American outlets, making it ready for worldwide use.
