The Foredom K.1020 Microgrinder Kit combines the power and torque of a flex shaft with the freedom of movement of a micromotor. At the heart of this kit is the first micromotor handpiece featuring an adjustable Jacobs chuck style design, similar to the popular Foredom #30 handpiece. The geared 3-jaw chuck accepts a wide variety of bits up to 4.0mm (5/32") in diameter and closes all the way down to zero—giving jewelers, metalsmiths, and bench workers exceptional versatility across tasks. The K.1020 is an excellent choice for deburring cast pieces, polishing, taking down weld seams, and moderate to heavy grinding.
This kit supports dual voltage operation—110/120V or 220/240V—selectable via a switch on the back of the control box, making it suitable for international use.

The H.MH-120 high torque handpiece delivers more than twice the torque of the standard Foredom H.MH-170 handpiece. All Foredom micromotor handpieces are interchangeable with the Foredom micromotor control box; the Foredom standard quick-change handpiece (134.532) and the Foredom reciprocating handpiece (134.537) may also be used with this system.
