Foredom M.TX Motor with Hanger

The Foredom M.TX Motor with Hanger is a 115V, 1/3 HP permanent magnet DC hi-torque flex shaft motor bundled with the MAMH-1 Bench Clamp Flex Shaft Motor Hanger. This listing includes the motor and hanger only — speed control, handpieces, and accessories are sold separately.

Build your own custom flex shaft setup by pairing this motor with a TX-series compatible speed control and your choice of handpieces and accessories. The M.TX motor must always be used with a speed control device — never plug it directly into a wall outlet.

The M.TX is Foredom's most powerful flex shaft motor, utilizing advanced rare earth permanent magnets in place of the wound fields found in Foredom's universal motors. This design delivers greater torque at low speeds and consistently across the entire speed range, giving you superior control of cutting tools, drills, and burs under any load. The ball bearing construction and newest flex shaft technology make this the professional's choice for demanding applications.

The TX series provides smooth acceleration up to 15,000 RPM and replaces the discontinued Series R. The TX series flex shaft is compatible with all standard handpieces. TX and TXH motors are not available in 230V.
