Foredom S-93-NC Non-Conductive 39" Inner Shaft

The Foredom S-93-NC is an optional non-conductive 39" inner shaft featuring a plastic motor connector in place of the standard metal component. Designed as a direct replacement for worn, kinked, or broken inner shafts on a wide range of Foredom flex shaft motors, this key tip inner shaft runs smoothly inside a properly greased sheath for controlled, predictable performance at the bench. Ships ungreased so the technician can apply the correct amount of lubricant before installation.

• This non-conductive shaft differs from the standard metal-connector shaft supplied with most Foredom motors — confirm your motor's requirements before ordering.
• Before installation, apply a light, even coating of Foredom grease or similar flex shaft grease along the full length of the cable.
• If a previous shaft broke inside the sheath, inspect the sheath interior for rough spots or damage — any irregularities can quickly wear a new shaft. Replace the sheath if there is any doubt about its condition.
• Pair with the Foredom S-77 outer sheath (sold separately) for a matched 39" (990.6 mm) setup.
