Foredom SR Motor Only with SCT-1 Foot Control 115V

The Foredom SR Motor with SCT-1 Foot Control combines the proven M.SR flex shaft motor with the C.SCT-1 cast iron foot control for a complete variable-speed drive system at 115V. Delivering up to 18,000 RPM from a 1/6 HP ball bearing motor, this setup provides the consistent torque and smooth speed regulation professional jewelers, metalsmiths, and carvers depend on for sustained work across virtually any material.

A handpiece is required to operate the flex shaft machine and is sold separately. Many Foredom kits that include handpieces are also available.

Caution: When using screw-top mandrels with unmounted polishing wheels, the reverse feature may unscrew the mandrel screw. Use only pre-mounted polishing wheels that are permanently mounted on mandrels when operating in reverse.

Notes

The C.SCT-1 foot control is compatible with the following discontinued Foredom motors: CC, MM, DD, EE, MMG, GG, S, SM, SB, 1/8HP SR, SRM, SRB, L, LM, LB, JJ, F, and K. It also works with other flex shaft brand motors — including Pfingst, OttoFlex, and Buffalo Dental — that connect via a standard 3-prong plug. Handpiece not included — a handpiece is required for operation and must be purchased separately.
