Glardon-Vallorbe Round Pointed Precision Files - LP1660

A round pointed file opens and refines a hole or a tight curve and keeps cutting all the way down to its rounded point, which is what makes it the profile to reach for when the work narrows. Glardon-Vallorbe Round Pointed Precision Files (LP1660) are gradually tapered along their entire length and are cut and workable to that point; measurements given are at the thickest point of the file. They are supplied as a tang only, with no handle.

Made in Switzerland to exacting production standards, these files combine machine cutting with hand craftsmanship to deliver accuracy, cutting performance, and long service life. Manufactured from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel, they offer the feel, action, and balance demanded by professional jewelers, metalsmiths, and bench craftsmen and perform on all metals. Formerly distributed by Grobet USA under the brand name Grobet Swiss.
