Cutting a perfectly flat end by hand with a saw blade is notoriously difficult, and matching angled cuts is even more challenging. This compact, hand-held jig solves both problems, delivering consistent, accurate results every time.

Simply lay your tubing or stock across the V-slot channel, clamp the piece in place with the finger-held holder, and saw through. The jig supports four cutting angles — 15°, 30°, 45°, and 90° — so whether you need a straight crosscut or a mitered angle for a precise fit, the tool guides your blade exactly where it needs to go. After cutting, only a light touch of fine emery paper is needed to finish a clean end, or use coarse paper to roughen the surface for a stronger solder joint.
