Busch Carbide 6mm Ram Roller Burnishers-22 or 32 Faces

Choose from 2 different carbide ram rollers, both 6mm diameter. One with 22 faces, the other with 36 faces. These are precision burnishers designed to hammer out porosity, scratches, and fire scale from precious metal castings. Ideal for gold, platinum, and silver work, they deliver fast, controlled surface refinement—leaving castings denser, smoother, and ready for final finishing.

22 faces will cover a slightly broader area than the 36 face version.  The difference in effect is slight.

Use light, controlled pressure at or below the maximum recommended speed. Keep the tool moving to prevent overheating and maintain consistent surface compression. Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating rotary tools.
