Otto Frei Basic Wax Injection Kit - 110V

The Otto Frei Basic Wax Injection Kit (110V) is built around the Arbe Mini 1-1/3 Quart Hand Pump Wax Injector, a USA-made unit from Arbe, a recognized name in professional jewelry manufacturing equipment. This compact, hand-pump-powered injector is well suited for bench jewelers and small production studios looking for a reliable, straightforward wax injection setup without a compressed air source.

The injector features a steel frame with ceramic-mica heating elements, chosen for their durability and consistent heat retention. A double-sealed nozzle helps minimize wax leakage during injection. Air pressure is delivered manually via the on-board hand pump and regulated through a zinc-plated heavy-duty pressure regulator with an easy-to-read dial, giving you precise control over injection pressure. An adjustable bi-metallic thermostat dial allows you to maintain your wax at the optimal working temperature. Note that a wax thermometer (part #122.734) is required for accurate temperature monitoring and is not included in this kit.

This kit bundles the injector with 5 lbs of Freeman Accu Injection Wax and a can of Castaldo Mold Release Spray — everything needed to begin shooting wax models immediately upon setup.
