Otto Frei Basic Wax Injection Kit - 110V

Shoot wax models from your rubber molds at the bench without running a compressed air line. This basic wax injection kit is built around the Arbe Mini 1-1/3 quart hand pump wax injector, a USA-made unit from Arbe, a recognized name in professional jewelry manufacturing equipment. The compact, hand-pump-powered injector suits bench jewelers and small production studios that want a reliable, straightforward wax injection setup without a compressed air source.

The injector uses a steel frame with ceramic-mica heating elements, chosen for their durability and consistent heat retention. A double-sealed nozzle helps minimize wax leakage during injection. Air pressure is delivered manually through the on-board hand pump and regulated by a zinc-plated heavy-duty pressure regulator with an easy-to-read dial, giving you control over injection pressure. An adjustable bi-metallic thermostat dial holds the wax at your working temperature.

The kit bundles the injector with 5 lbs of Freeman Accu injection wax and a can of Castaldo mold release spray, so you can begin shooting wax models once the unit is set up.
