Kaya Cast Chamber Vacuum Invest & Cast Machine

Invest a flask under vacuum and cast it under vacuum at the same station, without moving the work to a second machine. The Arbe Kaya Cast is a tabletop vacuum invest and cast machine for jewelers and metalsmiths who work in both perforated and solid flasks: invest under the bell jar on the left side, then cast either inside the chamber with perforated flasks or on top of the chamber with solid flasks. A single control handle directs vacuum to either side, which keeps the workflow intuitive and efficient. A German dual-stage vacuum pump drives both functions, and the machine is built in the USA.

Compatibility

• Perforated flasks cast inside the chamber, up to 5″ Ø × 7″ H. A 5″ flask seats without an adapter plate.
• 3-1/2″ and 4″ perforated flasks seat on the included adapter plates and gaskets.
• Solid-wall flasks cast on the top deck using the standard solid flask adapter plate and round gasket.

• Do not exceed 5″ Ø × 7″ H when chamber-casting with perforated flasks.
• Always select the correct side, invest or cast, with the control handle before applying vacuum.
• Maintain pump oil at the proper level and change it on the recommended usage schedule.
• Inspect gaskets regularly and keep them clean so the vacuum seals stay reliable.
