Neycraft 4" X 4" Spincaster Casting Machine

Centrifugal casting throws molten metal into an investment flask under spring power, and this machine puts a protective drum around that throw. The Neycraft 4" x 4" Spincaster Centrifugal Casting Machine is the only spring-driven centrifugal casting machine to incorporate its own protective casting drum directly into its design. The drum and casting arm spin together as one unit, giving the operator added protection against accidental metal projection. In the event of a blowout, molten metal and hot investment cannot splash outward: centrifugal force holds everything against the rotating drum wall, so metal retrieval after an incident is straightforward.

Balancing is made simple with an ingenious 3-position system that removes the guesswork from this critical step, making the Spincaster one of the easiest centrifugal machines to balance. It accommodates flask sizes from 2" x 2" up to 4" x 4", giving casters flexibility across a range of project sizes. Maximum metal capacity is 6.5 oz. of 14K gold or 5 oz. of sterling silver.

The Spincaster is also a genuine space-saver. When not in use, the unit can be hung on a wall through its bolt holes using two heavy nails placed 14" apart. On casting days, simply secure it to a table with bolts for stable, ready-to-use operation. The machine ships at 33 lbs. and carries a one-year factory warranty.
