Leica A60F 0.75x Auxiliary Lens

Gain greater working distance under your Leica A60F microscope with this 0.75x auxiliary lens. While the standard Leica A60F delivers a working distance of 122 mm (4.8") between lens and focal point, this auxiliary lens extends that distance to approximately 130 mm (5.1") — giving your hands and tools more room to maneuver during detailed work.

Adding the auxiliary lens reduces the magnification factor by 0.75, bringing the zoom range from the standard 5X–30X down to 3.75X–22.5X. The trade-off is a noticeably wider field of view: 60 mm–10 mm versus the standard 46 mm–7.5 mm. For most jewelry work performed under a microscope, lower magnifications are used the majority of the time, making the reduced upper magnification a minimal concern in practice.
