PUK 100-850E Foot Control Tack Welding Set

The PUK 100-850E Foot Control Tack Welding Set gives jewelers and metalsmiths hands-free control when accessing difficult weld spots. When reaching into a tight area, accidental contact with adjacent metal can unintentionally trigger the weld, potentially damaging a finding or component. The foot pedal eliminates that risk by moving the trigger away from the handpiece entirely.

Compatible with the PUK 6, PUK 5, PUK 4.1, PUK 04, and PUK 3S welding systems, this set connects quickly via the included cable and terminal.

The set also supports Tack Weld mode using the included blue lead wire. This mode is available exclusively on the PUK 6, PUK 5, and PUK 4.1 systems. Tack welds use low energy to temporarily hold industrial metal parts in position before final welding — ideal for stainless steel, titanium, niobium, steel, and many other industrial metals. Note that Tack Weld mode is not suitable for silver or gold alloys.
