Otec ECOMini Wet Polishing Machine

The Otec ECOMini Wet Disc Finisher (110V) is a rapid cut-down system designed for rough castings and small metal parts. As one of the fastest surface preparation methods available before burnishing or final polish, wet disc finishing can be two to three times faster than vibratory tumbling. The ECOMini ships ready to run, complete with a flow-thru system, pump, detergent compound, and starter medias.

• A finned disc at the base of the barrel spins to create a powerful media whirl. In wet mode, abrasive media and compound can achieve in 1–4 hours what may take 12 hours in vibratory or rotary systems.
• Ideal for cut-down on rough castings prior to burnishing or polishing, and for deburring and surface smoothing of small metal parts.
