Coarse Cut Brown 1/4" Plastic Pyramids are a plastic-bonded abrasive media designed for wet tumbling and vibratory finishing. Use with a small amount of water and an appropriate detergent compound to break sharp edges, deburr, and establish a uniform surface on medium-hard or soft metals. Sold in a 1 lb pack.

Recommended Process Pathway

1. Coarse cut (this media) – establish a uniform surface and remove burrs.
2. Medium cut – refine the surface with Medium Cut Dark Green 1/4" Plastic Pyramids.
3. Fine cut – smooth to pre-polish with Fine Cut Light Green 1/4" Plastic Pyramids.
4. Optional burnish – brighten with Stainless Steel Mixed Shot, or proceed directly to a dry final polish.

• Add water to maintain a thin slurry; refresh compound as needed based on load and soil level.
