Goldie TiN Coated HSS 1-1/2" Jump Ring Maker Saw Blade

The Goldie TiN Coated HSS 1-1/2" Jump Ring Maker Saw Blade is the larger-diameter upgrade to the standard 1-1/4" circular saw blade used in professional jump ring making systems. At 38.1 mm (1-1/2") in diameter, this blade is rated for cutting soft wire up to 16 gauge / 1.3 mm thick — a step up from the standard 1-1/4" blades, which are rated for soft wire up to 18 gauge / 1.0 mm thick.

The distinctive gold finish is the result of a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating applied to the High-Speed Steel (HSS) blade. This coating adds extra strength and hardness to the cutting teeth, helping them stay sharper longer and extending the blade's service life in production environments. For best results, always use with Stay Sharp Lubricant.

Notes

Always use with Stay Sharp Lubricant for best cutting results and to maximize blade life. For lighter-gauge work, the standard 1-1/4" TiN coated blade (rated to 18 gauge / 1.0 mm) may be more appropriate.
