Click & Lock jump rings offer the appearance and solderability of standard jump rings with an added hidden mechanism that locks the two ends together securely. These Yellow Gold Filled Click & Lock Jump Rings are made from 1/20 14K Yellow Gold Filled material and are presented in a heavyweight assortment of 120 pieces — 12 each of ten different sizes ranging from 23-gauge/2.4mm outside diameter up to 14-gauge/9.0mm outside diameter.

To close a Click & Lock jump ring, use two pairs of nylon jaw pliers — one gripping each end — to avoid marring the ring. Separate the ends, twist and move them past each other, then bring them together with gentle pressure until you hear an audible click, confirming the ends are locked. The joined ring can still be separated with deliberate effort, making it effectively permanent for most jewelry applications, yet it requires no solder. When soldering is preferred, these rings accept solder and behave exactly like conventional jump rings at no additional cost.
