Gold, Platinum & Pink Gold Lever Backs Only – No Wire, Joined

These precious metal lever backs are sold as joined pieces — one joined piece makes one pair. Simply cut the joined piece in the middle to create two separate lever backs. Because soldering lever backs destroys the tension in the steel spring, these backs are supplied with unset rivets, making it straightforward to add your own custom ear wire without damaging the mechanism.

To assemble: cut the joined piece in half, pull the rivet to remove the spring, solder your own formed ear wire to the back, reassemble, and set the rivet to complete. Available in seven precious metal types including 14K, 18K, and Platinum.

Lever backs require a small amount of lubrication on the moving parts to function properly. Apply a tiny drop of oil to all moving parts during use and after any ultrasonic cleaning.
