These plain lever back findings feature a closed ring and are constructed with set rivets. Available in a full range of precious metals, they are sold by the piece — order 2 pieces for a matched pair. Made in the USA.

Because these lever backs use set rivets rather than soldered construction, any soldering work requires a specific process: remove the set rivet, disassemble the finding before applying heat, then reassemble and re-set the rivet after soldering is complete.

The hinges in lever backs should be lubricated with a small amount of mineral oil or a similar lubricant to keep them operating smoothly. This is especially important after cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner or steam cleaner.
