Perfect for rapid mold making without a vacuum or vulcanizer.

Features

  • Easy to use — mix by hand, no vacuum or precise measuring required.
  • Fast setting — working time of 1–2 minutes, cures in approximately 15 minutes.
  • Produces tough, strong molds with 0% shrinkage for high accuracy.
  • Safe, non-toxic, non-hazardous; no unpleasant fumes or odors.
  • Works best when pressed under pressure (vise, clamps, or unheated mold press).
  • Suitable for lost wax casting and direct casting of low-temperature metals like lead, tin, or pewter.

Application & Use

  1. Quickly mix equal parts A and B by hand — do not overmix; a uniform color is not required.
  2. Form the mixture around your model or within a mold frame before the 2-minute working time expires.
  3. Clamp or press under pressure to eliminate air bubbles and ensure even curing.
  4. Mold cures fully in about 15 minutes and can be used immediately.

Compatibility

  • Ideal for jewelry prototypes, wax models, and small metal components.
  • Works with low-melting alloys such as tin, pewter, and lead.

Notes

  • Do not overmix; overmixing may cause the compound not to cure properly.
  • Warm cold material to room temperature before mixing.
  • Cold mold frames may lengthen cure time — warm slightly to 90°F (32°C) before use.
  • Residue after molding is harmless mineral oil; clean with soap and water.
  • Wash mold frames and tools thoroughly when switching between rubber types to prevent surface contamination.
