New Sand Casting Flask

This sand casting flask is imported from India and constructed of cast iron, offering a sturdy, reliable frame for sand casting applications. Slightly larger than the classic sand casting flask model, it features a usable internal size of 4-3/8" high by 2-7/8" wide by 2-1/4" deep, making it well-suited for casting projects that require a bit more working room. The external dimensions measure 4-15/16" high by 3-1/2" wide by 2-1/8" deep.

Four alignment pins keep the two flask halves securely registered during use. A notable design improvement over the classic model is the absence of an internal ridge at the parting line — the internal walls meet cleanly where the two sides come together, producing a smoother interior surface that supports better sand packing and cleaner mold separation.
