The Paragon TNFJ141 is a large-capacity digital burnout kiln designed for jewelers and casters who need to burn out more and larger flasks in a single firing cycle. With a spacious 13" × 13" × 9" ceramic fiber chamber, this kiln offers the room needed for serious production work. It shares the same kiln body as the Paragon Express Large Burnout Kiln, but is equipped with the 12-Key Sentry 2.0 controller — the same controller found on the standalone Paragon programmers — rather than the 3-Key Sentry Express 4.0.
The 12-Key Sentry 2.0 controller allows for more custom variables in burnout programming and has thousands of units in active use. If you are already familiar with the 12-Key 2.0 interface, this kiln will feel immediately familiar. The digital controller delivers consistent, repeatable burnouts and multiple stored programs, freeing you to focus on your work rather than monitoring the kiln.
The firing chamber is a one-piece ceramic fiber shell with elements embedded directly in the fiber for efficient, even heating. Extra ceramic fiber insulation fills the space between the steel case and the shell for greater thermal efficiency. The door seals tightly with a heavy spring latch and includes a vent hole with a steel cover. Controls are located in the base and stay cool for extended service life. No additional stand is required — a built-in stand is included.
This model operates on 120 Volts and requires a dedicated 20-amp outlet (5-20R receptacle). Maximum temperature is 1700°F.

A 12" square shelf is not included and must be purchased separately. A dedicated 20-amp outlet is required — this kiln cannot share a circuit. The 12-Key Sentry 2.0 controller was last updated in 2010 and supports more custom burnout programming variables compared to the 3-Key Sentry 4.0. Both controllers provide outstanding burnout performance; the choice is largely a matter of operator familiarity and programming preference.
