Hawk Eye Head Loupes-Long Focus Red 1.6X & 2X

The Hawk Eye Head Loupes in Long Focus Red are lightweight, comfortable magnifying visors made in Japan. Designed for jewelers, watchmakers, and metalsmiths who need hands-free magnification at an extended working distance, these head loupes feature large hard-coated acrylic lenses set in red-colored TR90 memory plastic resin frames. The TR90 frame material is known for its flexibility and durability, and the eye pads are crafted from a super-comfortable elastomer resin for extended wear sessions at the bench.

These are the red-colored, longer focus versions of the Hawk Eye Head Loupes. Compared to the regular focus black versions (part numbers 129.811 and 129.812), the Long Focus Red models provide a greater working distance at the same magnification levels—giving you more room between your eyes and your work without sacrificing optical clarity.

Note: The magnification rating does not change between the Long Focus Red and Regular Focus Black Hawk Eye Head Loupes—only the working distance differs. In single-lens optics, higher magnification results in a closer working distance.
