AGILO Cut-Off Discs Reinforced Kit of 10

These aren't your usual cut-off wheels. Strong, thin, and flexible, AGILO reinforced cut-off discs make short work of cutting and trimming tasks across a wide range of materials — from precious metals and high-speed steel to soft gemstones and titanium. Each disc in this sample kit has a distinct specialty, giving jewelers and metalsmiths a versatile introduction to the full AGILO range.

This kit contains 10 discs total: five pre-mounted on a 3/32" mandrel and five unmounted — one of each type in both configurations. Replacement discs are available separately in various pack sizes. Sold in a protective package with an instruction leaflet. Tested and approved by Swiss professionals.

• 111.771 – AGILO DIAMASTER #2803 (×2) — 0.3mm × 20mm. Powerful, flexible, and thin. Reinforced with diamond throughout. Cuts precious metals like a sawblade; shapes gravers in high-speed steel or carbide; cuts soft stones up to hardness 6 (Mohs scale) such as opal, lapis lazuli, hematite, turquoise, malachite, amber, and more. Use at low speed with stones. Maximum speed: 25,000 RPM.
• 111.772 – AGILO GOLDFLEX YELLOW #2812 (×2) — 0.2mm × 22mm. Reinforced, extra-thin, and flexible. For precious metals.
• 111.773 – AGILO GOLDFLEX RED #2813 (×2) — 0.3mm × 22mm. Reinforced, extra-thin, and flexible. For precious metals.
• 111.774 – AGILO STEELFIX #2825 (×2) — 0.5mm × 22mm. Reinforced and rigid. For precious metals and steel.
• 111.775 – AGILO TIFLEX #2833 (×2) — 0.3mm × 22mm. Reinforced, thin, and flexible. For titanium.

Notes

• When working with soft stones using the DIAMASTER disc, reduce speed significantly — work at low speed only.
