OTEC Walnut Shell Media H1/100 is a dry polishing media used for achieving high-gloss finishes on non-ferrous metals, jewelry alloys, titanium, and steel. The H1/100 grade is a medium grain size designed as the first step for dry pre-polishing in multi-stage finishing processes. This media is pre-impregnated with polishing compound, so no additional paste is needed until the 3rd or 4th cycle.
