Aggressive Porosity Burnishers On 3/32" Mandrels

These aggressive porosity burnishers are designed for hammering out porosity from gold, platinum, and silver. Mounted on 3/32" mandrels, they are used at high speed in a rotary handpiece with light pressure, moving the tool back and forth across porosity holes in several directions until the desired results are achieved. Both tools function similarly to margin rollers but deliver more aggressive action.

Two styles are available: the Porosity Killer Burnisher 12mm (118.079) offers a stronger, more forceful action, while the Recessed Ram Burnisher 10mm (118.084) provides comparatively less aggressive treatment. Each burnisher is individually mounted on a 3/32" mandrel for use in standard rotary handpieces.
