Ottotech by EVE Germany Flexacrylic Polishing Rods

Ottotech Flexacrylic Polishing Rods are manufactured by EVE of Germany and bring professional-grade finishing performance to tight, hard-to-reach areas. Polishing compounds are suspended in an acrylic-based material that is both flexible and long-lasting, allowing the rods to flex and conform as they work into recesses, channels, and intricate metalwork. Available in three diameters — 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm — and four grits ranging from coarse to extra fine, these rods cover the full progression from initial material removal through high-luster polishing. Each rod mounts directly into a specially designed mandrel, available separately (see part number 110.241MAIN).

• Blue – Coarse: Recommended for polishing stainless steel and chrome cobalt hard metals
• Dark Gray – Medium: Use for material removal on precious metal alloys
• Brown – Fine: Use for smoothing precious metal alloys
• Green – Extra Fine: Use for high-luster polishing of precious metal alloys
