Grade: Very Fine

Technique Bufflex satin finish wheels are among the most popular tools for producing beautiful satin finishes on a wide range of metals and are used extensively on watch cases. Made in France from compressed, non-woven aluminum oxide, these wheels are ideal for deburring and deoxidizing gold, silver, platinum, palladium, brass, copper, titanium, pewter, tin, steel, iron, and aluminum. No polishing compounds are needed—these wheels are used dry.

Each wheel features a flap circular radial blade construction, where each layer is arranged in a radial blades formation. This design contributes to exceptional durability and a long service life when used properly. The Very Fine (TF) has always been popular for matching Rolex watch case brush finishes and is the most popular of the 3 grades.

Note: As of Spring 2016, Bufflex satin finish wheels are branded as Technique satin finish wheels. Still produced in France for the watch and jewelry industry, there has been no change to the material or production—only the name has changed.
