Argentium Silver Sheet Metal - Price Per 6" x 1" Piece

Argentium® Silver sheet combines the brilliance of fine silver with the strength and workability of traditional sterling, while offering superior tarnish and firescale resistance. Alloyed with a small amount of germanium, Argentium® blocks oxidation that causes firescale during heating and soldering — meaning less time spent on polishing and finishing, and more time focused on your craft.

This sheet is sold by the inch in a 6" width. Each unit purchased equals one 6" x 1" piece. Multiple units are supplied as one continuous piece unless otherwise requested at checkout.

• Order 1 unit → Receive one piece measuring 6" x 1"
• Order 2 units → Receive one piece measuring 6" x 2"
• Order 6 units → Receive one piece measuring 6" x 6"

Maximum continuous length available: 6" x 12". Sheets are cut along the 6" width in full-inch increments only. To request multiple cuts from the same gauge, order the total number of inches needed and include cutting instructions in the comment box at checkout.

• Gauges 16–26 are Argentium® 940 alloy; gauges 28 and 30 are Argentium® 930 alloy.
• If a softer condition is needed, anneal gently with a torch or kiln. Avoid overheating to preserve the germanium oxide layer that provides tarnish resistance.
• To receive multiple cut pieces from a single order, specify cut lengths in the checkout comment box.
