Sharpen often

Micro welding Is tricky or impossible with a contaminated electrode. You must sharpen often. I had to get up often and move over to my Foredom to sharpen. This takes time and once you get in the grove you don't want to move. This grinder plugs in anywhere and I now keep one in my lap when welding.
