Notes

  • Do not exceed the 3 lb total load (media + parts + liquid combined).
  • The 220V model includes a North American style plug — verify that your location supplies 220V power before ordering.
  • Rinse media and barrel thoroughly after use to prevent grit carryover when switching between finishing processes.
  • Burnishing: Fill with stainless steel shot, water, and a small amount of burnishing compound and run for several hours to work-harden and brighten surfaces.
  • Cut-Down: Use plastic or ceramic media with a detergent compound for more aggressive surface refinement.
  • Lapidary: Run progressive stages with silicon carbide grits, then finish with cerium oxide.
  • Rotary tumbling is the slowest mass-finishing method and is not ideal for final polishing of broad, flat surfaces.
