18K Yellow Speedwire Laserwire

Speedwire Laserwire is a revolutionary laser welding wire dispenser system designed to give jewelers and laser welding operators precise control over wire placement. Available in 18K yellow gold, Speedwire dispensers come pre-loaded with specially formulated laser wire and are offered in two gauges — 30 gauge and 32 gauge — with refills available separately. Because Speedwire laserwire is karat material and not a solder, laser welding uses the parent metal as the filler, producing seamless joins that wear and tarnish at the same rate as the rest of the piece.

The laser welding wire is housed in a sealed, see-through compartment at the rear of the dispenser. Simply move the rollers forward with your fingertip to precisely dispense wire through the stainless steel guide tube, or move the rollers in the opposite direction to retract it. Because the wire is never held directly in hand, the risk of accidental finger burns is greatly reduced.
