AGILO 5112.M CABSHINE-M Knife Edge Diamond Polishing Wheel

The AGILO CABSHINE-M Knife Edge is a medium grit diamond polishing wheel engineered to remove scratches from stones. Its knife-edge profile provides precise access into narrow spaces and tight contours that flat wheels cannot reach, making it well suited for detailed cabochon and stone finishing work.

This wheel is designed as part of a three-step polishing system. Use the CABSHINE-M as the first step to remove scratches, then progress to the CABSHINE-F Knife Edge Fine wheel (110.122F), and finish with the CABSHINE-XF Knife Edge Extra-Fine wheel (110.105) for a refined surface. The wheel can be used alone, but optimal results are achieved when all three stages are performed in sequence.

For best results, use the side of the wheel and polish in a crosswise pattern—working in one direction (for example, left to right), then rotating the work and polishing in the perpendicular direction (top to bottom). Practicing on inexpensive stones first is strongly recommended to understand the capabilities and limitations of this wheel before working on valuable material.

Always wear a mask when grinding or polishing stones and metal with this tool.
