The AGILO DIAMASTER Diamond Separating Disc is a premium diamond-reinforced cut-off disc engineered for professional jewelers and metalsmiths who demand precision and durability. Measuring 20mm (0.78") in diameter and 0.3mm (0.011") thick, these discs are infused with diamonds throughout — not just on the edge — making them exceptionally tough and long-lasting. Use the DIAMASTER disc as you would a jeweler's saw blade for everyday cutting of precious metals. Its diamond construction is powerful enough to cut and shape HSS and carbide gravers. These discs can also be used for cutting and shaping soft stones up to a maximum hardness of 6 on the Mohs scale, including opal, lapis lazuli, hematite, turquoise, malachite, amber, and similar materials. When cutting stones, use at lower speeds.

Discs feature a pin hole center for secure mounting on mandrels. Mount in your flex shaft handpiece or micromotor for clean, thin cuts on non-ferrous metals. Always wear eye protection when using this product. Mounting mandrels sold separately.
