AGILO SHARP-F 5031.XF Extra-Fine 7/8" Square Edge Diamond Wheel

The AGILO SHARP-XF 5031.XF is an extra-fine grit diamond polishing wheel designed for high-gloss polishing of carbon steel, HSS, and carbide tools, drills, and gravers. This wheel represents the third and final step in AGILO's recommended three-step shaping and polishing process, delivering a brilliant high-gloss finish that was previously achievable only with expensive diamond power hones.

In the three-step process, the AGILO 5010 rigid diamond sintered wheel handles initial grinding and shaping, the AGILO SHARP-M performs light shaping and pre-polishing, and the AGILO SHARP-XF completes the sequence with a high-gloss final polish. The SHARP-XF is especially indispensable when working with carbide tools. Both the SHARP-M and SHARP-XF wheels feature a brass rigid backing disc that keeps the wheel stable and true during use.

AGILO SHARP wheels are built for longevity, offering quick and efficient shaping and polishing performance over an extended service life. The 7/8" square edge profile mounts on a 3/32" shank for use with standard flex-shaft handpieces and rotary tools.
