Durston 1090 TUI 130 Double Sided Power Rolling Mill-130mm Flat & 130mm Wire 110V

The Durston DRM-130 is a double-sided powered rolling mill built for serious production work. One side features a full 130 mm flat roll for sheet reduction; the other carries a dedicated 130 mm wire roll with 19 square groove sizes ranging from 1 mm to 10 mm. The cast iron base and gearbox cover provide the strength and rigidity needed for demanding studio and production environments, while high-quality Swedish roll steel — heat-treated to RC 63/64 — runs in heavy-duty roller bearings for long-lasting precision.

Power comes from a 1.5 hp (1.1 kW) 110 V motor paired with a precision epicyclic variable-speed gearbox, delivering smooth, near-silent operation across a 5–30 rpm speed range in both forward and reverse. Side extension rollers add quick half-round profiling capability without a tool change.
