EuroPower Punch Plier Kit In Plastic Case With 7 Round Punches

The EuroPower Punch Plier Kit delivers fast, clean round holes in soft non-ferrous metals — including copper, silver, and gold — up to 16 gauge (1.2mm) thick. Compound action pliers reduce hand fatigue and make punching holes in sheet metal quick and precise. The kit arrives ready to use in a handy plastic organizer case with 7 individually marked punch and die sets ranging from 3/32" to 9/32".

Each punch can reach up to 1-1/2" (40mm) from the edge of the metal. The built-in adjustable stop screw lets you set a consistent edge distance anywhere from 1/4" (6.3mm) to 1-1/2" (40mm), making it easy to punch multiple holes at exactly the same depth. Removing the stop extends maximum depth by 5/32" (4mm) to 1-11/16" (44mm). Note: depth range is based on the smallest punch — distance will vary with larger punch sizes.

Punch and die sets are matched and interchangeable. The threaded female die screws into the bottom of the tool, while the male punch locks in place via a grooved system accessed by removing the pivot arm screw. Swapping sets takes less than a minute. Replacement punch and die sets are available separately.

A 1/16" (1.5mm) hole punch is available as an optional accessory — see part number 146.740-15. Depth measurements are based on the smallest punch; distance from edge will vary depending on the punch size selected. This tool is intended for soft non-ferrous metals only and is not suitable for ferrous or hardened materials.
