The Glardon-Vallorbe Condor Needle File Handle is an ergonomically designed handle that lets you hold a needle file at the exact angle needed for comfortable, precise work. Its standout feature is a spring-loaded, 2-way gripping mechanism: press the color-coded knob to open the jaws fully, release it to allow the jaws to close down on the file tang, then screw the knob down to lock the tang securely in place. This system lets you angle the file precisely so your fingers align naturally with the indentations near the handle end. When it's time to swap files, the quick-release action makes changing files fast and effortless.

Two sizes are available to accommodate different file tang diameters. The Mauve (light purple) version fits escapement file handles and 100mm (4") file handles with tang diameters of 2–3mm. The Aqua (blue-green) version is designed for all other needle files — 140mm (5-1/4"), 160mm (6-1/4"), 180mm (7"), and 200mm (7-7/8") — with tang diameters of 3–4mm.
