Glardon-Vallorbe LF1002-M Ceramic Fiber Files-1mm x 2mm x 100mm

The Glardon-Vallorbe LF1002-M ceramic fiber files are thin, flat pillar-shaped sticks measuring 1.0mm thick × 2.0mm wide × 100mm (4 inches) long. Crafted from graded ceramic material, these precision files are designed for finishing and polishing in tight, hard-to-reach areas such as corners, grooves, and intricate metalwork. Use them full-length by hand, or break them into shorter lengths to create custom micro-tools for use with the Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing/filing handpiece (compatible with flex shaft systems) or the Badeco 4LC100 (for use with a Badeco micromotor system). These ceramic fiber files can also be shaped to a custom profile using diamond dressing stones or wheels, giving jewelers and metalsmiths precise control over their finishing tools. Available in 10 grits ranging from 120 (Extra Extra Extra Coarse) through 3000 (Extra Extra Extra Fine).
