Quatro AA433P-A31-20 AVS Capture Arm With Tapered Nozzle

The Quatro AA433P-A31-20 AVS Capture Arm with Tapered Nozzle is a flexible, tapered nozzle capture arm integrated with an Automatic Start/Stop Valve (AVS) and support stand. Designed for multi-workstation dust collection setups, this capture arm lets you control airflow and remotely start or stop compatible Quatro dust collectors simply by opening or closing the gate valve — no separate power switch required.

When the gate is open, suction activates at that workstation. When closed, suction is diverted. Close all connected gates and your dust collector shuts off automatically. This makes AVS accessories ideal for shops with two or more workstations, allowing you to maximize suction power exactly where it is needed.

This unit features a front collar diameter of 3 inches and a rear collar diameter of 1.5 inches, and connects to 1.5-inch diameter hose. AVS units can be special-ordered with multiple collar combinations using 1.5", 2", or 3" diameters. Capture Arm AVS systems always use 3" front collars. AVS accessories are hard-wired together. Each AVS includes a 20-foot cord terminating in two loose wires — one red, one black. When connecting two or more AVS accessories, all red wires connect together and all black wires connect together. These wire bundles then connect to a Quatro AE750 AVS Connector Cable (not included — must be purchased separately). The AE750 has a 9-pin connector that plugs into the 9-pin port on compatible Quatro dust collectors.

Because gates must be opened and closed manually to activate the switches, AVS-integrated accessories should be positioned within easy reach of the operator.

Compatibility

The AVS system is compatible with the following Quatro dust collectors equipped with a 9-pin port on the control panel: SP SolderPure, CA CollectAll, PGR SuperFlow, JTB JetStream Brushless, and PS6. Not compatible with GoldVaults or JetStream models that are not JTB Brushless.

Notes

The Quatro AE750 AVS Connector Cable with 9-pin plug is required to connect the AVS wiring to the dust collector and is not included — it must be purchased separately. AVS accessories are intended for use with two or more connected workstations.
