Quatro AA751-ASV Fishmouth With Automatic Start/Stop Valve

Quatro AA751-ASV Fishmouth with Automatic Start/Stop Valve is a conventional workbench air attachment built from powder-coated heavy-duty steel, featuring an integrated Automatic Start/Stop Valve (ASV) that acts as a power switch for compatible Quatro dust collection systems. Simply slide the gate open to activate suction at your workstation — no separate switch required.

The ASV design is intended for use when two or more workstations are connected in series. With one gate open and the others closed, suction power is directed to the active workstation. Close all gates simultaneously and the connected suction unit shuts off, maximizing airflow efficiency across your bench setup.

Each ASV accessory includes a 20-foot cord terminating in two loose wires — one red, one black. When connecting multiple ASV accessories, all red wires join together and all black wires join together. These wire bundles then connect to a Quatro ASV Connector Cable AE750 (not included — must be purchased separately). The AE750 features a 9-pin connector that plugs into the 9-pin port found on select Quatro dust collectors.

Compatible Quatro units with 9-pin port: SP SolderPure, CA CollectAll, PGR SuperFlow, JTB JetStream Brushless, and PS6. The ASV system is not compatible with GoldVault units or JetStream models that are not the JTB Brushless version.

Note: Gates must be opened and closed manually to activate the switches. ASV-integrated accessories should be positioned within easy reach of the operator for convenient use.
